The sign of the ram is associated with bold kingship and authority. Rams are true born leaders, that can fight to keep their status fiercely. Just like a ram butting heads, you will approach life obstacles with courage and strength. Though you will learn that preparation skills are key for the journey ahead, but Ram provides the tenacity, and confidence to scale any height, and overcome any obstacle.
It's not only about determination however, the ram teaches us to make more lasting decisions, and check your new plans against the one's you have in place.
Ram also symbolizes courage, and the ability to take control of one's life and face the challenges ahead with a head held high. Consider the symbolism of rams horns (which grow daily) as the capacity to motivate ourselves daily, internally and with great consistency.
Ram also symbolizes eternity, and the ongoing, cyclical nature of life itself. In the I-Ching Hexagram 7: Shih, The Army, "The judgement is that the army needs perseverance and a strong man. Good fortune without blame. On the image: In the middle of earth there is water. The image of the army. Thus the superior person increases mass by generosity towards their people."
The Ram: Gene Key Gene Key 7: The Life Key of Grounded Guidance, which as Richard explains, "rests upon the ideal of service."
"True leadership, like true education does not impose itself on anyone. It is the gift of being able to help others find their own way forward, rather than taking away their power… Leaders operating at this frequency are able to think at a collective organizational level – they know that unless individuals are self-empowered the organization will not thrive." – Richard Rudd, The Gene Keys
