Jñāna Yoga: ज्ञान योग

Jnana (Gyana) Yoga is the practice of self-inquiry. Always looking towards the divine with pure interest and devotion to know the truth. “Who am I?” From where do I come? Why am I here?”

Why Yoga?

Yoga is a science. It’s far more than anaerobic exercise that makes you fit.
